As an event planner, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating memorable events tailored to our diverse clientele’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and plan a wide array of events, including but not limited to corporate gatherings, product launches, community events, and social functions.
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and onsite coordination.
• Develop creative event themes, décor concepts, and entertainment options that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless execution of events from inception to conclusion.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to client service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in event planning or hospitality management is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse clientele and multicultural communities.
• Creative flair and an eye for detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Spanish speaking ability is preferred.

Compensation:

This position operates on a contract basis, with compensation structured based on the complexity and scale of each event. Compensation will be discussed and negotiated based on your experience and expertise.
