As a graphic designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning assets that resonate with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create captivating designs for various marketing materials such as social media posts, website graphics, branding materials, advertisements, and more.
• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to understand project requirements and ensure the successful delivery of design projects.
• Maintain an organized workflow, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our design work.

Qualifications:

• A college degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interpret and implement design briefs and feedback.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
• Spanish speaking ability is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with website design tools like WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.
• Familiarity with branding and identity design concepts.

Compensation:

This position operates on a contract basis, with compensation structured on a project-by-project basis and commensurate with your experience and skills.
