As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ growth through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our clients’ businesses effectively across various digital platforms.
• Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other channels to engage audiences and drive brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts and deliver impactful results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, content creation, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems is a plus.
• Spanish speaking ability is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with minority-owned businesses or within diverse communities.
• Certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).

Compensation:

This position operates on a contract basis, with compensation structured based on experience and project scope.
