As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting engaging content and fostering meaningful connections for our diverse clientele across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies tailored to meet the unique goals and objectives of our clients.
  • Curate and create compelling content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage and maintain active social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize content performance and enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Implement paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization, to drive desired outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance indicators to measure success and inform future strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, either through previous employment, internships, or personal projects.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and staying updated on industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in community management, influencer partnerships, or social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts and principles to optimize social media content for search visibility.
  • Spanish speaking ability is preferred.


This position operates on a contract basis, with compensation structured based on experience and performance metrics.
