As a Web Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and user-friendly websites for our clientele. Your expertise in web design principles, coupled with your creative flair, will drive the online presence of our clients to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites that reflect the unique identity and objectives of our clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal team members to understand project requirements and deliver tailored web solutions.
• Ensure seamless user experiences through intuitive navigation, clear layout, and engaging visual elements.
• Implement best practices in web design, including accessibility standards, SEO optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web design to continuously enhance the quality of our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Spanish speaking ability is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and usability testing methodologies.

Compensation:

This position operates on a contract basis, with compensation structured on a per-project basis and commensurate with experience.
